By the age-old tower time seems to have stopped in the Middle Ages, with cobbled streets and stone buildings of old memory. 13th century history is brought to life every year on the occasion of its commemoration in period costumes. Outside the town centre, ancient elegant residences and the parish church that is still intact in all its splendour surround the town as if in an affectionate embrace. The village belongs to the "Borghi più belli d'Italia".
