Savoy cabbage with pork chop


1 savoy cabbage
5-6 chops
4 cloves of garlic
pepper as required
maize flour

For the polenta broth:

maize flour

Boil the cabbage in pieces and drain them. In the meantime brown the chops in a pan with a little oil and after cooking them for a little while add the cabbage, the garlic, the salt and pepper. Cook well for an hour and when almost finished add the separately made polenta broth (runny polenta) and blend.
